You’re Invited to the 3rd Annual Laramie Pop-Up Art Walk Art Exhibition and Concert at Seneca Creek Studios
You are invited to a FREE weekend full of art and music during the 3rd Annual Pop-Up Art Walk at Seneca Creek Studios! We will be opening up our nature and portrait photography studio to reveal a new art exhibition series featuring new metal print naturescapes by Allison Pluda of Seneca Creek Studios as well as special featured artist Celeste Havener‘s wire horses and original paintings of local landscapes plus Gary Havener of Ace in the Hole Woodworks‘s beautiful hand made wooden furniture.
What is it?
The opening reception as part of the art walk will feature:
- Special Art Exhibition, Sale, and Artists Reception
- Live Music by local folk/blues musician Birgit Burke Friday at 6pm
- Refreshments
- Local fine art prints, wire horses, photography, original paintings, gifts, and custom-made furniture on display and for sale
- Opportunity to meet the artists, mingle, and enjoy!

organized in partnership with the Wyoming Art Party and The Laramie Main Street Alliance and is free, family friendly, and open to the public. Start your art walk off at Seneca Creek Studios located at 223 E Garfield St (between 2nd and 3rd St, look for the green awnings and big red balloon) for some refreshments, music, art, and enter the portrait session giveaway, and then pick up your map so you can plan the rest of your walk.

What is the Laramie Pop-Up Art Walk?
The 3rd Annual 2017 Laramie Pop-Up Artwork is a weekend long artwork in historic downtown Laramie, Wyoming that includes over 50 participating locations including established galleries alongside “pop-up” shops that showcase the work of local artists, musicians, and performers. The event features live theatre, music, demos, and opportunities for the public to make art at the event. All of this occurs inside the pop-up spaces as well as on the streets of downtown with the goal of turning the entire of downtown into an art gallery/space.
The event is hosted by local group Wyoming Art Party, whose goal is to organize a downtown event that is fully inclusive and highlights local visual and performing arts. The event will showcase the work of local artists and will help to further promote the idea of Laramie as the cultural capital of Wyoming.
This year’s Artwalk features over 50 local artists, musicians, performers, a few non-local guest artists partnering with local artists, as well as an Artists’ Village with a performance stage, vintage trailers, a sheep wagon, a community art making table, a photobooth, and overlaps with NU2U’s annual street dance on Friday night, located next to the Artist Village.
