Meet Lucy and Penelope, two kitten sisters who will not only greet you at the door, but they have something to say about it.  These cats come when called and give you little meows when they do.  Occasionally they might prefer to continue to nap instead of great you, but these gals get pretty excited when the dogs get let in from outside and absolute love to play just as much as they love to cuddle.  They love their kitty food, but once they were caught nibbling on the dog food when no one was watching.  Sometimes they’ll cuddle on the bed at night, but they usually leave a few times to log in some much needed late-night kitten play sessions.  These two kittens are all up for adoption through the Laramie Animal Welfare Society (www.LaramieAnimals.org) and are looking for their forever home.  Read on to get to know these two sweet girls and see what they like to talk about the most:

 

Lucy

Lucy is as sweet as can be and loves to lick your face and give you kisses.   She is shy and loving and makes the cutest little snore when she naps and stretches, which she loves to do… a lot!  She is very calm and loves to claw at her cat perch.  You’ll never be alone on the couch with this girl, as she usually jumps right up to cuddle with you as soon as you sit down.

She loves to lay out in the sun with the dogs and is sure to strike up a conversation with you.  Lucy is very talkative when she wants something and loves when you talk to her.  She is looking for a good home with a good scratching post she can frequent and a cozy couch to cuddle on.  Contact the Laramie Animal Welfare Society (www.LaramieAnimals.org) to take her home!

 

Penelope

Penelope is a playful and outgoing gal who loves to run around the house jumping and bounding over every obstacle she can find when she’s not running over to you to rub your legs and beg fur cuddles.  She loves a good nap as much as next cat, but she loves to be silly and enjoys running around the house teasing the dogs just so they will play with her.  Being the center of attention is one of her strengths, and she loves to go up and lay on the other animals in the house, even if they’re walking around that won’t stop her from trying to hitch a ride!

  

Penelope has been known to bite toes if she is looking for affection when she isn’t climbing on anything and everything she can find.  Strings and little toys that she can cary around in her mouth are her absolute favorite.  She is as outgoing with her playing as she is with her voice, too.  Penelope will be sure to let you know when she is hungry and has fierce meow to make sure she gets your attention!  She really is an outgoing gal and warms up quickly to all the new furry friends and people she meets.  Contact the Laramie Animal Welfare Society (www.LaramieAnimals.org) to take her home!
