40th Annual 2020 Centennial Valley Art Show and Sale

Don’t miss the 40th Annual 2021 Centennial Valley Summer Art Show and Sale, a group fine art exhibition and free public art show featuring original photography, paintings, pottery, stained glass, sculptures, and more from about 30 local and regional artists from rural South East Wyoming including the Centennial Valley and surrounding communities.

The exhibition is hosted by the Centennial Valley Historical Association at the Nici Self Historical Museum in Centennial, Wyoming, located about 30 miles west of Laramie and 45 miles east of Saratoga at 2734 Wyoming Highway 130. A portion of the proceeds from every sale is donated to the Nici Self Historical Museum as part of their main annual fundraiser. The exhibition will be on display and open to the public Saturday, July 3rd, 2021 from 9am to 6pm and Sunday, July 4th from 9am to 4pm. 

Included in the exhibition is Centennial, Wyoming based artist Allison Pluda of Seneca Creek Studios’ stunning and vivid metal print fine art photography featuring new Wyoming starscapes, astrophotography, and landscapes including the Milky Way from The Snowy Range and Medicine Bow National Forest.

Other participating artists this year include Celeste Havener’s original oil paintings of the captivating beauty of the Centennial Valley as well as Tana Libolt and West Magoon of Muddy Mountain Pottery’s fun and functional stoneware, raku sculpture, and ceramic jewelry plus much more. Stop by and see the exhibition for yourself in person.

About the Nici Self Historical Museum

The Nici Self Historical Museum is operated by the Centennial Valley Historical Association and a corps of dedicated volunteers and was organized in the early 1970s as part of a community effort to be recognized as a Bicentennial community. Berniece “Nici” Self was one of the founding members, and the museum is named in her honor.
